Application Information
Our quick and easy rental application will ask you to provide basic information that we’ll need to verify you as a potential tenant. We’ll ask for your name, social security number (we’ll keep it safe!), current address, contact information and emergency contact.
We also need to know your rental history and contact information for your current and previous landlords, plus employment and income information.
Rental Requirements
- We prefer that your income is at least 3 times the amount of your rent.
- We only allow dogs in our rental units, with a non-refundable pet fee and $25 per month, per pet.
- We run careful background checks, and are unable to rent to people previously charged with felonies. Other criminal history will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- We do run a credit check, but understand that not everyone has perfect credit.
- You must have a good history with your previous landlords.
Steps to becoming a resident
Step 1:
Find the perfect apartment. Check out the available units at one of our beautiful properties in Beebe and Ward. Then fill out a rental application.
Step 2:
Provide income verification, rental history information, and any requested information in regards to background check.
Step 3:
If everything checks out, we’ll get you up to speed on our pet policy and property rules. We’ll also make sure you’re able to access our payment and maintenance portals for your convenience.
