How can I pay my rent online?

We make it easy for you- just log onto your Buildium account, where you can make payments online.

How can I apply to rent an available apartment?

You can fill out a rental application here. 

We’ll also need to verify your income and rental history, plus run a quick background check.

What are Sundown's requirements for renting an apartment?

We prefer tenants whose income is 3x the rent, and who have a good history with previous rentals and landlords. We also run a background check to ensure the safety of all of our tenants.

Does Sundown allow pets?

Our pet policy allows dogs only, with a $250 fee upfront (per dog), plus $25 per month (per dog).
