Our 24-hour access storage facilities are protected by security cameras and are fully fenced-in and well-lit for maximum safety. We also provide each customer with a personalized entry code, and our full-time property manager is available to help with any issues that might arise.

We know it’s rare to find apartment rentals that are affordable, recently updated, and staffed by responsive local property managers. Our tenants are part of our local communities, and we do our best to facilitate a pleasant rental experience.

What began as four friends purchasing one rental property in 2017, has grown to a large portfolio expanding across Central Arkansas which allows us to provide a wide array of rental options for all of our clients and tenants.
